1. Who we are

Go Divine is a friendly UK tech shop. We sell mobile phones and SIM cards, and we help with simple software and Wi-Fi problems. By using our services or our website, you agree to these terms.

2. What we do

We help with:

  • Selling new mobile phones and setting them up for you
  • Selling SIM cards and helping you upgrade your SIM or plan
  • Fixing slow phones, app problems and software issues
  • Setting up home Wi-Fi and sorting out internet trouble
  • Showing you how to stay safe online
  • One-to-one phone lessons for beginners

We do notopen up devices to do hardware repairs (like screens or batteries). If you need that, we'll happily point you to someone who does.

3. Prices and payment

We always tell you the price beforewe start. There are no hidden fees. You can pay by card, bank transfer or cash. If we can't solve your problem, you don't pay for our time.

4. Our promise

Phones we sell

Phones bought from us come with the manufacturer's 12-month warranty. We'll help you with any setup questions for free in the first 30 days.

Software fixes

If the same problem comes back within 30 days of our fix, we'll sort it again at no charge.

Your data

We take great care with your photos, contacts and personal info. We always recommend a backup before any work, just in case.

5. Your privacy

We only collect the details we need to help you (your name, contact details, and what's wrong with your device). We never sell or share your information with anyone else without your permission.

6. Cancellations

Plans change — we get it. You can cancel or change a booking up to 2 hours before your time, no questions asked. Just give us a quick call.
